More Information

Access
Legal Research in the United Kingdom (LRUK) is an open access resource.

Contents
LRUK lists postgraduate law dissertations and theses completed from 1905 to 31 July 1984. The contents of the database were originally published in the form of a book, Legal research in the United Kingdom 1905-1984: a classified list of legal theses and dissertations successfully completed for postgraduate degrees… (University of London, Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, 1985).

LRUK charts the development of legal research interests in the UK through much of the 20th Century. It details early work by many influential legal scholars and reveals topics of recurring interest, providing themes and ideas for further research and fresh approaches. Links to available print and online theses are being added to the digital version.
