Searching and browsing
When using the default search facility, you can use Boolean connectors, such as ET and OU, or enter search terms without connectors.
Advanced search offers additional search criteria, such as date range or by title (change ‘dans tout le document’ to ‘dans le titre du document’). If Jurisprudence is selected, you can search by court, case number and so on.
Search results can be sorted by relevance (pertinence) or date and filtered by date, area of law, and/or type of material. Case search results can also be filtered by jurisdiction.
Browse the available collections using the tabs marked Contenus and Jurisprudence.
Reading and downloading
The available format of content on Lexis 360 varies depending on the type of content. The majority of the content can be read online in HTML format and downloaded in PDF or Word format. Some journal articles have summaries available in HTML format, but the full article can only be viewed in PDF format.
Options for viewing or downloading different formats can be found on the right of the screen using the ‘Télécharger’ icon. There are also options here for printing and saving documents.
