More Information

Access
The Oxford Academic Journals platform is available on site and off-site to all academic members of IALS Library.

**Please note, there may be some temporary disruption to remote access to e-resources from 13th August 2025 as we migrate to a new library system. We are working to reinstate remote access as soon as possible.**

Content
IALS subscribes to the Law collection, which includes over 50 titles. Numerous different jurisdictions are covered, as well as international and comparative law.

Searching and browsing
The Oxford Academic platform opens at a list of law journals covered by IALS Library's subscription. Select a title, then click on ‘Issues’ to browse by year and volume/issue number.

Select a journal from the list of subscribed titles to search that journal only. Basic and advanced search facilities are available.

If a specific journal is not selected, search results will include brief details of articles from non-law journals as well as full-text law journal articles.

Reading and downloading
Content on the Oxford Academic platform is available to view online in HTML format and in accessible PDF format. Once opened, the PDF versions of content can be downloaded.
