We are committed to providing an inclusive environment which caters for the needs of all of our library users. We have a range of facilities and equipment available to ensure that our services and collections are accessible without barriers to everyone.

We are happy to discuss how we can help you to access our services and collections, so please contact the reference desk if you would like to know more. We have a number of options for contacting us:

Email: ials@sas.ac.uk
Live Chat: via the IALS library website (Click on the ‘Chat with a Librarian’ button on the right hand side)
Telephone: +44 (0)20 7862 5790

The reference desk is staffed Monday to Friday from 09:30 to 17:00.

You can also speak to us in person at the Enquiry Desk on the second floor of the library. The Enquiry Desk is staffed Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 19:45, and Saturday from 10:00 to 17:15.
